Return Policy
We do not offer a return policy. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned.
Refunds for Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund. You must provide proof of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at support@wavecnct.com with the evidence of damage. Custom cards are nonrefundable.
Upon validation of the damage claim within the specified 48-hour window, we will process your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@wavecnct.com.
If you encounter difficulties in activating your Wave product with compatible phones, and wish to request a refund or replacement, please reach out to our support team at support@wavecnct.com. In most cases, our team can assist in resolving these issues with some helpful guidance.
Should you have activated your Wave product successfully but are facing challenges in utilizing it with a compatible device even after contacting support@wavecnct.com, you might qualify for a refund. Upon confirming your refund eligibility, we will inform you via email about the refund approval. Following this, the refund process will be initiated, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method typically within 2-4 days.
Warranty for Pro Members
Pro members are eligible for a warranty that offers a free replacement of products within 30 days of the product being marked as delivered. This warranty is exclusive to Pro members only.
No Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you require a different product, you will need to reorder after receiving your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@wavecnct.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable items include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, including custom cards), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, in accordance with EU law.
